Product (Theme/Templates) Warranty

Our WordPress Themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed. Our HTML Templates are well tested before launching, and will run on most of web browsers(mentioned on template pages and below section about browser compatibility).

Theme Updates

Theme updates are available only to active members who have made an individual theme purchase or have support membership. Our themes are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our themes. HTML templates will be updated if found any issues or if any new layouts are added but not guaranteed.

Themes Compatibility

Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.0 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. Theme Support

Our theme packages include support. After you purchased your theme from this website you will receive access to the AquariusThemes Themes support forums. There you can post any pre-sales questions and theme related problems indicating your WordPress version and the URL of the site the theme are installed on. But we don’t offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself. You can also ask support for HTML Templates if you get confused in any sections modifications.

Price Changes

AquariusThemes Themes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refund Policy

Since aquariusthemes Themes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 15 days of purchase order. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if issues are not solved by our team then we will refund issue. We are open to as many pre-sales queries that can assure you to use our products.
